Who these terms cover
EkomX is a commerce platform operated by Pips Capitals PVT LTD. Approved sellers can operate storefronts, list products, manage orders and arrange delivery; customers can browse and place orders on those storefronts. In this document, “you” means the person using the relevant account or storefront; seller-only requirements are identified separately.
The seller offering a product is responsible for its description, availability and fulfillment. EkomX provides the platform, shared payment options and shipping integrations, and may assist with operational issues. A courier shown in a rate quote is a delivery provider, not the seller of the product.
Accounts, security and verification
Provide current and accurate registration, contact and business information, and update it when it changes. Keep passwords, one-time codes, authenticator credentials and passkeys private. Actions taken through your account may affect orders, funds or customer information; tell EkomX promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Seller registration may require mobile verification. Before creating listings, processing orders, shipping or moving funds, sellers must complete the required KYC steps and receive account approval. A pending account may be limited to read-only access. EkomX may request further verification where necessary to operate or protect the platform.
Storefronts and product listings
A seller may configure an EkomX subdomain or an approved custom domain, choose a theme and publish its own product information. The seller must have the rights to use its store name, images, descriptions and other content, and must keep prices, stock, taxes, delivery restrictions, product characteristics and required disclosures accurate.
Do not list unlawful, prohibited, counterfeit or misleading goods; misuse another party’s intellectual property; manipulate reviews or orders; or use the platform to deceive customers. A listing or storefront may be limited while a safety, ownership or compliance concern is reviewed.
Customer orders and availability
Before confirming an order, customers should review the product, seller, quantity, delivery address, displayed charges and payment method. The order summary and subsequent status messages show what has been submitted and whether fulfillment has progressed. An order is subject to product availability, payment confirmation where relevant, and applicable checks.
Sellers must process accepted orders using accurate customer and parcel details, communicate material fulfillment issues, and avoid representing an estimated delivery date as guaranteed. Customers should use the order reference when asking for assistance.
Prices, platform charges and payments
Prices and applicable charges should be reviewed in the order or shipment flow before confirmation. Shipping quotes may include courier freight, cash-on-delivery charges where supported, and an EkomX handling charge. Availability and rates depend on route, package measurements, payment mode and courier response, and can change before booking.
EkomX provides the checkout payment options for storefront orders; sellers do not need to connect their own payment gateway to use those options. Seller balances, shipping-wallet charges and eligible payouts are handled through the platform workflow. Any specific subscription, handling, settlement or other charge should be shown in the relevant account or transaction flow rather than assumed from this page.
Shipping and delivery
Sellers must supply a usable pickup address, accurate package weight and dimensions, the correct destination and contact details, and any information required for a shipment. Available delivery services may be supplied through Shiprocket, which returns options from participating carriers such as Delhivery, Xpressbees or Amazon Shipping. A displayed carrier name identifies the actual courier option.
A rate estimate is not a booked shipment. Pickup, serviceability, transit estimates, tracking and delivery depend on the selected provider and the details submitted. Additional charges or delays may arise if a parcel differs from its declared specifications or cannot be delivered as addressed; contact support with the shipment reference if a quoted or billed amount appears incorrect.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
A customer or seller should raise a cancellation, return or refund request with the order reference and reason as soon as an issue is identified. What can be changed depends on the order status, payment method, product circumstances and progress of the courier. A shipment already collected may require a return rather than cancellation.
The applicable resolution should be communicated through the order and support process, subject to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer rights. This page does not promise an automatic refund, a fixed processing time or a waiver of statutory rights.
Content and permitted platform use
Sellers retain responsibility for content they upload and give EkomX permission to display and process it as needed to operate the storefront, search, checkout, support and fulfillment features. Customers may use storefront content for shopping, not for unauthorized copying or resale. EkomX branding, software and platform materials remain with their respective owners.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another account or storefront, upload malicious code, scrape private customer information, send unsolicited messages, evade account controls or use the platform for fraud. EkomX may investigate reports and restrict affected functions to protect customers, sellers and the service, with a route to support for review.
Personal data and third-party services
Account, KYC, order, contact, payment and shipment information is used to provide the relevant service. Sellers should access customer details only for legitimate order and support purposes and protect them from unnecessary disclosure. Refer to the Privacy Policy for the published description of data handling and available requests.
Some functions depend on payment providers, messaging services, couriers and other integrations. Their availability and operational requirements may affect an order or shipment. EkomX will show the relevant status in the platform where available; contact support if a provider result does not match your records.
Service changes and account concerns
Features, carrier coverage and integration availability can change. Planned or unplanned interruptions may temporarily affect access. When an account, listing or transaction needs review, EkomX may pause the affected action while seeking information or resolving a security, fraud or compliance issue. Existing orders and balances should be reviewed through support rather than assumed to have disappeared.
Material changes to published terms should be identified with a publication or effective date when a final version is approved. Do not treat a new draft or an unavailable page as retroactively changing an earlier transaction.
Help and legal review
For questions about these terms, a product order, KYC, a shipment, payment or account access, use the Contact EkomX link below and include the relevant registered email and order or shipment reference. Do not include passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details in a support message.
This detailed draft explains current platform workflows but has not been approved as EkomX’s final legal agreement. It does not replace a separately accepted seller agreement, a published policy or rights available under applicable law. EkomX should obtain legal review and publish the approved version with an effective date before relying on it as binding terms.
